Warranty

Your wooden watch has a warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

If the defect is our fault, we will repair your watch for you or replace it free-of-charge. You will need to ship the watch to our service center.
If you want the watch repaired after your warranty period, we are very happy to do it for you with a small repair fee. You just need to ship the watch to us. Contact us to learn more.

Returns & Exchanges
If your wooden watch did not arrive the way you expected, please contact us to request an exchange immediately. You will be required to cover shipping costs to our facility.

If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to get a refund, contact us within 15 days. We ask that you cover the shipping back to our facility.

All returns must include a tracking number when shipping. The watch should be in its original state. All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) must be returned with the item. Returns will have the shipping fee deducted. Items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Please contact our service department for any repair, refund and exchange request.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please email us within 48 hours after delivery otherwise we can’t offer refund.

Will shipment fees be covered for my returns?
All return shipping fees, and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.
